Service

Fault reports with detailed descriptions

The customer simply says what is not working. With their consent, UnifyGen passes a clear report to the service partner. You receive an understandable account of the situation and the details needed to make contact.

What the report contains

A clear problem description

See what the customer reported and where they need help. The description captures their experience without inventing an unconfirmed technical cause.

Event details

The report includes the property’s name and address, along with the time of the event. You can link it to a specific customer and location.

Customer contact

A phone number lets you discuss details and agree the next steps. The report is shared only after the customer explicitly agrees to contact the service partner.

In practice: a report from a family home

Illustrative example with a fictional character.

  1. UnifyGen — service report

Family home — 15:30. The customer reported that her kitchen light was not working.

The report includes the property’s address and the customer’s phone number. The service partner contacts her, clarifies the situation and agrees the next steps.

You lead the response

The basic service layer provides the information needed for an initial assessment. You handle technical diagnosis and organise the work with your own service tools. The Organisation layer supports service tasks, responsibilities and deadlines, with additional available context according to permissions.
