Organisation

Members report with ease. Those responsible act.

In a business, council or association, every task needs a clear next step. UnifyGen brings reports, responsibilities and progress into one overview, accessible according to assigned permissions.

How it helps

Simple reporting

Members describe an event by voice or text and attach a photo if needed. They can add information later or clarify the location of the problem.

Clear responsibility

A manager assigns a person, sets a deadline and tracks the status. They can also create a task directly, for example with a short voice instruction on a computer.

Traceable progress

The assignee records progress and adds a note or a photo of the result. When responsibility changes, the task history remains available to authorised people.

In practice: a damaged gate

Illustrative example with a fictional character.

  1. Alex — member

I’m reporting a damaged gate at the local fire station.

  2. UnifyGen

I’ve recorded the report and passed it to the person responsible for the property.

  3. Manager

Assign the repair to Peter, due by Friday.

  4. UnifyGen

I’ve assigned the task to Peter. The deadline is Friday.

Peter adds updates on the repair and marks the task as done once resolved. The list distinguishes New, In progress, Done and Cancelled.

Several reports, one shared response

Reports that reliably match the same problem can be linked to one task. Each retains its origin and content. Reporters follow their own submissions within their permitted view; the authorised team manages internal details.

Ready for your organisation’s members

The administrator sets memberships and rights to report, resolve and manage tasks. In a council channel, residents verify their phone and wait for membership approval before their first report. Access and report status remain consistent when moving between phone and computer.
