Understand the actual result
Sending a command, receiving a device acknowledgement and achieving your goal are separate steps. UnifyGen tells you which it has confirmed. If data is missing or an action fails, it clearly explains the current state.
Follow the response
In the Organisation area, see the assignee, deadline, status and significant task changes within your permitted view. Notes and photos document progress. Continue from earlier work without explaining the whole case again.
