Operations

Your operating schedule, aligned with your building

Say when your building is in use and what needs to be ready. UnifyGen turns your operating goals into permitted actions across connected systems and helps you track the intended result.

How it helps

Modes tailored to the building

Adapt working days, time off or shutdowns to your operation. The mode defines how enabled systems should behave at a given time.

Goals and temporary exceptions

Request preparation for a set time or a temporary change to part of the building. An exception applies within the agreed scope and period.

A view of progress

See the current mode, planned changes and significant deviations. Depending on your permissions, explore details or control individual functions directly.

In practice: a day off during the week

Illustrative example with a fictional character.

  1. Alex

We’re closed tomorrow. Today we leave at 16:00. On Wednesday we start at six in the morning.

  2. UnifyGen

I’ll schedule reduced operation from 16:00 today and prepare the building for six on Wednesday morning. Shall I go ahead?

  3. Alex

    Yes.

  4. UnifyGen

The mode is scheduled. I’ll keep you informed when it starts and as the building is prepared.

If part of the building needs a different mode, an authorised person can set an exception for that area. Other areas continue with their own schedules.

Within your operating rules

Every plan follows the building’s rules, available functions and current permissions. UnifyGen alerts you if a goal cannot be met as planned. You can assign follow-up repairs and manage people’s work through the Organisation layer.
