UnifyGen

Level of autonomy

You choose the level of autonomy

UnifyGen can inform you, suggest a next step or perform an assigned action. You deliberately set its autonomy for specific situations. Control stays in your hands.

It keeps you informed

UnifyGen reports an available status, event or deviation. For example, it tells you that your holiday home has not yet reached the target temperature. You decide what happens next.

It suggests an action and asks for consent

It explains what it intends to do, which property is involved and when. It waits for your confirmation. You can approve a specific change or the sharing of a report with a service partner.

It acts within the delegated scope

You can explicitly delegate selected actions under defined conditions. Scope, timing and permitted changes form part of the instruction. Before acting, UnifyGen checks current permissions and conditions again.

In practice: regular office preparation

Illustrative example with a fictional character.

  1. Alex

Prepare the office for eight on working days. You may start the heating as needed; the target temperature is 21 degrees.

Once the scope is confirmed, UnifyGen can schedule preparation of this office within the agreed limits. If reaching the goal requires a different change, it asks for a new decision.

Confirmation applies to a specific action

Before opening or unlocking an entrance, UnifyGen identifies the exact target and requests explicit confirmation. Permission changes also apply to actions already scheduled. You can adjust autonomy to suit your needs and delegated rights.
